Cowarchive is run by a small group of passionate individuals based in Melbourne and Albury, Australia. We curate second-hand clothing with a focus on quality, individuality, and timeless design, selecting pieces we genuinely believe in and would wear ourselves. Our store originated on Depop, where we have sold over 300 items and received over 70 five-star reviews.
Authentication
We offer an authentic or money back guarantee when purchasing with Cowarchive. Every item that enters the website undergoes authentication. Our team thoroughly reviews products through a 5 step authentication process before they are listed. Items are then either placed through POIZON authentication and pass, or sustainably discarded or donated.
Return policy
Following ACL (Australian Consumer Law), our store offers a money back guarantee on items that are damaged (and not labelled as such in the listing) prior to wearing, incorrectly labelled or unauthentic. We currently do not offer refunds or returns without liable cause.

Sourcing program
We also offer an exclusive sourcing program where we track down rare, vintage, or high-value pieces at a fraction of their usual price. To get started, use the contact page and include your budget and the name of the piece you're after. We aim to respond quickly, with a maximum sourcing wait time of one month from the point you lodge your request to the point you receive your item.
Sizing and condition
All sizing on item listings is based purely on the size labelled, so when purchasing please refer to the brand's own sizing charts for exact measurements, or use the contact page and we can get back to you with rough measurements. Listing descriptions will say if an item's sizing doesn't represent what is labelled (e.g. Japan sizing is generally smaller).
Brand New — Unworn and unused, with no signs of wear.
Excellent — Worn once or twice with minimal to no visible flaws.
Very Good — Light signs of wear consistent with age, but still in great condition.
Used Well — Noticeable wear, minor flaws or fading that do not affect wearability.
Used Heavily — Clear signs of wear, distressing, or flaws that reflect extensive use.
